RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the order date to receive a refund. Items returned after 30 days will not be eligible for refund.
- Use caution when trying on merchandise. Returned (or exchanged) items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered to be eligible for a refund. Items returned damaged or not suitable for re-sale will not be refunded.
- Items must be in their original, new and unused condition along with original tags and poly bag. Items returned that appear to have been worn, without tags or not suitable for re-sale will not be refunded. No exceptions.
- All items marked as "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.
- Belyn Key is not responsible for missing packages being returned to us and does not insure the contents of any returned package.
- Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement, this will vary by the credit card issuing bank
- All returns should be sent to Belyn Key 2495 Boulevard of the Generals Building B Suite 1 Norristown, PA 19403
- For returned items: There is a flat $10.00 shipping fee that will be deducted from your refund.
- For exchanges: there is no shipping fee.
